The Global Bean recipe collection keeps growing, thanks to the recipes exchanged during diverse Global Bean events! Feel free to share your recipe with us at , and we will include it in updated version of the recipe collection!
Here the three events featured in this edition:
- Give peas a chance, yearly Global Bean cooking event in collaboration with SlowFood, SlowFood Germany, and the SlowBeans Network. Chef Michael Recktenwald from Germany and Nihad Mameledzija from Bosnia Herzegovina showed their recipes with traditional beans step by step.
- Summer cooking with lentils, the July Global Bean monthly meeting, lead by our partner Claudia from heldenküche featuring a recipe exchange
- “Iss mir Bohne”, event hosted by our partner the 2000m2 Global Field where Chef Omar Saad from Lebanon demonstrated a wide array of recipes with beans!
