- Professional training for sustainable food in restaurants (commercial or public one)
- Research program on cooking activities
- “Make university” by popular education in the region
Global Bean projects we are involved in:
Seeds exchange, training program for cooking,recipe exchange.
Exchange of cooking knowledge on beans and spreading this knowledge. Feed the knowledge from others parts of European culture of beans.
