Slow Food is a global, grassroots organization, founded in 1989 to promote a good clean and fair food system worldwide. Internationally, the association is active in 170 countries with various projects, campaigns and events. Slow Food Deutschland e. V. has over 85 local groups and is involved in various networks.

Expertise from the cooks of the chef alliance germany. As part of the TRUE project, we developed a legumes cook book with carbon foot print of the dishes. As part of the Slow Food ark of taste project we gather plants, animals and technics with are threatened of extinction, this means as well some legumes and pulses.
