I am a Food Science and Human Nutrition PhD student at Colorado State University in the United States. My research focuses on engagement efforts to increase bean consumption, with the goal of improving public and environmental well-being. I work with Extension, farmers, processors, researchers, bean organizations, and others and share about the behind-the-scenes world of beans via my outreach website.
