This month, our focus stretches from rediscovering forgotten beans in Ethiopia to preparing for the next big Slow Beans gathering in Italy. Along the way, we’re also sharing partner initiatives like Germany’s  Week Without Meat campaign, and new resources from our recent policy meeting. Together, these stories remind us how beans and legumes connect farmers, cooks, researchers, and communities across borders.
